The walkthrough
What happens when your car comes in.Scroll, and it's your car.
From the 2 AM tow to the keys in your hand, inside the real shop at 401 North Ave E.
2:14 AM · North Ave
Then your car quits.
What's it doing? Pick everything that fits, or just say you don't know. Then pick your car. It's yours for the rest of the visit.
2:18 AM · Towing is 24/7
The truck's already rolling.
The shop closes at night. The tow line doesn't. That's King Of The Jungle, the black flatbed, and it's coming for you. Tap the truck to hit the horn.
Your phone asks first, then opens a text you can read before sending. Nothing goes anywhere until you press send.
3:09 AM · The lot
Your car sleeps at Mario's tonight.
The bed tips, the car rolls down, and it waits for morning on the yellow arrows. You go home. Flatbed, wrecker, lockouts, jump starts: if it's stuck, there's a truck for it.
9:00 AM · Doors up
Follow the yellow arrow.
Three bays, painted arrows, no mystery. Shop hours are 9 to 8, Monday to Saturday, and 1 to 7:30 on Sunday.
9:04 AM · Bay one
Mario comes out first.
Customers talk about him by name. Mario took care of it right away,
says Ana.
The sign on the fence says Beware of Dog. Kelly's review says the doggo there was so cute!
You decide. Tap the dog.
9:15 AM · On the lift
Up it goes.
From here you can see everything. Tap a marker on your car to see what gets checked.
9:40 AM · Under the car
He shows you what he found.
Not a list on a screen. Your car, your problem, with the light on it. One customer: He shows me that the rim is bent.
Madison says it was all explained without making me feel overwhelmed or pressured.
Two phrases keep coming up in the Google reviews:
10:30 AM · Bay two
State inspections.
Next door, another car gets checked over. Wheel alignment happens here too.
Buying used? Book a pre-purchase inspection first. One buyer credits it with saving them from a bad car.
1:00 PM · Bay three
Oil changes. And everything else.
Brakes, belts, pumps, transmissions, a BMW one hour and a work truck the next. One regular says Mario has worked on domestic all the way to European.
5:30 PM · Keys
There it goes.
The lift comes down, the ticket gets stamped, and your car leaves the way it came in, except this time under its own power.
